This post reminds me of the book and movie Dolores Clairborn. Kathy Bates was the maid and she hung the sheets outside to dry no matter what the weather was.

My mom loved to hang her laundry outside to dry, even when she had a dryer. I'm glad you are able to do so, too. Here we can't do that. They have rules and an HOA.

the snow is still on the ground from yesterday here so noway am I putting anything outside, including myself. LOL
