Good morning
How fun! Happy birthday month. 
John and I love trying out new restaurants, especially ones that offer authentic Mexican cuisine. I love enchiladas and chile rellenos. John and I are also October babies too, but we do not celebrate until the 23rd, when it changes over to Scorpio season.

Annicita, I think everybody should celebrate their birthday for the month they are born. I love it! The food that you describe sounds delicious. Were you staying with your family in Georgia?
