We used to love taking our kids to the zoo. Now we are far from a zoo. It must have been fun and you are right about the balance needed to help our animals. So sorry about thr car episode though. Rest up, now. That was a lot.

Good evening
I haven't been to the zoo in over a year. My grandkids love it. I just am not a fan of caged animals. They should be roaming free in the forest and their natural habitats. As for those donuts, Yum! I love a good Bavarian cream.

Kabu, I hope you get some rest. What a day you've had! Your zoo sounds very nice. Cleveland has a nice zoo and when we lived in Arkansas I have to say Little Rock had a nice zoo. They are both very clean and the animals are well taken care of and fed. I'm sorry about your ordeal with Jim's car. Thankfully you found someone nice to help you.

I used to love to go to the zoo in St. Louis - it also does a great job
of helping with keeping the species going. For the past few years, though, I just don't have the stamina for it, especially in the heat of summer. Get a bit of rest and you'll be right as rain in no time.
