I think your mashed potatoes sound delicious! I have all different ways to make my sauces special. I use a lot of seasonings in my meal preparation and on occasion I've been known to put some sour cream in with my mashed potatoes. It makes them so creamy. A lot of times when I'm making a tomato sauce I will add some sugar and hot sauce to kick it up a little.
