No I just won't watch those shows. They get nothing from me. no watching and so I am not a grump from their irritating know it all lies and etc.besides what does some chick a Quarter my age without the education you and I have had know what is good for me.

My most often suffered injury when getting up at night is catching one of my little toes on something and trying to tear it off.

Re: Pads are a daily requirement, CCT - so sorry to hear about your B.I.L.
That's an injury that takes a long time to heal... I hope he gets better fast and has a very good physical therapist.

Well Pat men suffer a lot from it pills are available that do control it to a certain extent. The doctor told me. I just don't know how those who drink sixpints of beer get on. I would suggest getting pads to protect the thighs if one falls. My B.I.L has just fallen and broken his femur.

Good afternoon
I have never heard of it, but I am familiar with broken sleep caused by the necessity of bodily urges that taunt the body until you finally agree to give in, get up, and go. Getting older sucks, and taking medication is a really big pain. I guess that we all have to do what we need to do in order to survive. As for those witches, I tuned them out a few years ago. I don't need them to remind me that I am sleep deprived due to health issues and urgencies.
