We got a break today from the extreme heat and humidity.
It wasn't bad yesterday when I took the garbage and recycling tubs out to the curb, but it was fresh and cool this morning after the pickups had been done, and I hung around outside after returning them to their spots by the back porch. It was a good day for fiddling around outside.

This definitely is the time of year, here, and there where you reside, to be doing the way you are doing. One needs to work at just surviving for a bit.
