FSI, thankfully after three hours got our line back up and running. We do have a cell phone but at home, I like to use our regular phone.

Ciel, it's been wonderful with the cooler temperatures but they are going right back up into the 90s next week. Our gas prices are starting to come down. Things are looking up.

Suddenly my phone went dead, I was given a new one that works off a different type of connection I think the company is trying to do away with phone lines. No warning they just did it. Hawks are rather cruel they sometimes pluck small birds before eating. Romance is everywhere.

Good afternoon
It has rained here for most of the morning. I am crossing my fingers that it will stop so that the grandkids can enjoy our annual festival that starts today. It looks as though the sun is fighting its way through the overcast sky. Crossing my fingers. As for your dinner plans, Pepper steak is a hearty dish. It is one of John's Favorites.

My landline hasn't worked in a while. It used to come in and out but hasn't worked in a while. I have it forwarded to my cellphone, so I'm good there. It's still working with my home security system, so that's really all I need.

So glad to hear that the heat is coming down in your area, and the humidity, and the pain of your injured leg! Rumor is that gas prices are also coming down--so things are looking up!
