I just made a meatloaf, actually three huge meatloaves, for the family and for the mother of my SIL who just lost her husband. The flavor profile changes with large quantities even though the seasonings and ingredients are multiplied properly. In other words, they weren't up to par because I misjudged. They were edible so that part was good. Enjoy!

Oh my, meatballs sound so good! I like your idea of taking some of the bread off to skinny it up a bit. Now I'm going to have to make meatballs. I was just telling Roy this morning that I would like to make Kabassa with fried onions and peppers and potatoes. We haven't had that dinner in a very long time. I have to get the ingredients I need before I can make meatballs or Kabassa. Next time I go shopping those two things are on my list. I hope you have a good day.

Good morning
That is a smart idea taking out some of the bread. Meatballs and meatloaf both sound delicious, but I am going for soup and sandwiches today as my hubby requested. The meatloaf will have to wait for a cooler day when the oven won't pledge a war with the air-conditioner.
