Well my advice is get the Kitchen paid for first. Next buy yourself a golden crown, do you think we should joke more and not worry about anything. The lady next door said a rat keeps running up her path, we wonder if it is an illusion. So I have just ordered four rat deterrent bussers. To keep the illusions away.

Any bit of breeze helps during this time. Location B is a breezy car wash, and it's nice during summer. In winter, I'll be singing a different tune.

Kabu, I'm so glad it's cooler today! I know you love your four-seasons room and enjoy sitting out there. It's cooler here today and my gnomes and fairies ventured outside. My flowers love the cooler weather and they are beautiful My yellow flowers are so vibrant. I hope you, Jim, and Mr. Graysome have a wonderful night.

Perhaps the hippie bus could be a reward after you complete the kitchen
upgrade, since that will give you and Jim a much happier situation year-round, even after the snow flies and you're stuck indoors most days. I like the fact that Omaha has been so welcoming to Kabu and her Australian/Canadian spin on things. Stay cool.
