with a green leafy back yard to keep out the hot sun and air/Con we stay comfortable here if we stay iinside. it is much better today

Yup, the "soap opera" continues. I suppose we could call it
the D.C. Follies. Good to learn the hot spell will cool down in a couple days if this weather pattern follows the one in your neck of the woods. Hope your health situation continues to flourish under your careful routine.
