Re Old age....
no it is not for sissies but you really learn a lot about your kids when you get old!. The grasses won't be growing much at present. It is too hot but i am glad you won't be driving that guy around any more.

Good morning
The sizzling heat is overbearing. Grandsons are great for helping out with the yard work and the labor is cheap. Hopefully, he will not have an issue with keeping up with it. As for living in a highrise, my mother-in-law loves it. I just wish that she had a balcony that would allow her to enjoy the outdoors. Best of luck to you on your lawn care woes.

Good Morning from Cleveland
Pat, I can tell the heat is getting to you. It's getting to me too. When I get too hot I get sick. I try to never get that hot but sometimes I do. It's gloomy outside and we are expecting more rain. I think it's hot everywhere so there's nowhere to go to cool off. I love your post. It sounds like my kids. I tripped and fell on my sore knee on Saturday. It was a total accident. I was carrying my books, purse and Roy's cup, and my lemonade and when I started to walk up on the sidewalk somehow I tripped. I wish you could hear my kids. I didn't really get hurt but I skinned up my hand and I was surprised how much it bleed. I darn near scared Roy half to death. I've decided if I ever trip again I'm not telling the kids. I need to watch what I'm doing. I hope you have a good day. Stay cool!
