DC is the closest entity to me on the list. I'm surprised Pennsylvania didn't make it. If I'm not mistaken, it has the highest gas tax in the nation.

Good Morning
Sassy, I knew California was high but I was surprised that Hawaii wasn't at the top of the list. Our gas is getting very expensive. I've been hearing people complaining about it and they have every right to do so.
