I have no idea what scrapple is. I don't just fill the quesadilla but also dip it in sauce and maybe serve with sour cream, lettuce and tomato.

Re: Goldiec, I have, but not with scrapple.
My great-grandmother loved scrapple. I ate it when I was a kid. Then I found out what was in it. I have never eaten it since.
