I did know there were giant octopi in the sound, and in Elliott Bay, near
the waterfront are curious harbor seals and the occasional Orca. Used to watch for them every time I took the ferry over to Bremerton and back. Best time of day for that excursion is near sunset. When the ferry comes back to Pier 54 in Seattle you see the hills of the city light up and understand why they call it the emerald city.

Ciel, I'm so glad you liked the way the lady cut your hair. I have one particular lady that I go to that really does a nice job. My hair is very long so she knows just how I want it. I usually go to her when I want my split ends taken care of.
I knew you'd be happy when Charlie came home. I hope you do get to go out for breakfast. The gift he brought you sounds really nice. Thanks for sharing the little tidbit about octopuses. I know very little about them. I'm always happy when I can learn something new.
