You are correct. Too many are too embarrassed to admit they have problems 'coping' and won't talk about it.

Yes, it is very miserable, I expect we all have suffered from depression or O.C.D at times.
I remember once I thought if I could sit in the Church maybe I could find peace.
I walked down to the local church put my hand on the iron ring which was in fact a
door handle and it was locked. I do not think many own up to being depressed
unless they find someone sympathetic, I expect most find it difficult or have problems of their own.
