It does seem like there is a light at the end of the COVID tunnel (although admittedly it has felt that way several times over the last two years). Some of the Democratic states are modifying their masking rules significantly.

Pat, we still have so much snow. When Roy and I went out to run some errands yesterday I noticed the snow along the roadway is starting to look brown. It is not a pretty sight for anyone to see. May is always a beautiful month when the flowers start getting ready to bloom.

Our high yesterday was over 50, but there is still a lot of snow
hanging around on flat surfaces, and especially those mounds piled up on parking lots and left along the curb by the snowplow. But May is coming. Keep the good thoughts.

Good morning
I miss my gnomes too. We are at 44 degrees. It actually feels really nice outside and the sun is melting the snow away. It is tax day for us, so I am holding my breath.
