If there is nothing wrong with the land it must be a good investment. Maybe not for
you but your children or grandchildren. Although I have no idea as to what the land
might be used for in the future. Not much use if it will never be used for
development. Unless you want to keep goats or pitch a tent.
I know a woman here who takes the virus test twice a week it does seem over the top.

Hoping for a negative test result and maybe you should go for the land! The owners are getting restless, and if there is nothing grossly wrong for them to disclose the you might even come in at a lower offer and let them counter. You may end up with a final at 165 or 170!

Maybe check why no one did grab it before getting interested again? What fun to meeet someone like that. Nothing I enjoy more than a spontaneous interaction with a pleasant person.Hoping you're still negative or, if not, that the symptoms are no more intense than they are now.
