I guess we all have worries. Sometimes, I try to remember the cause and lock back to those times we wish had never happened. I think as one gets older, the memory is not so good, and it allows old painful feelings to resurface. Once one knows what it is, one can feel it still throbbing but containable. I guess you know that though.

Good evening
3:00 a.m. must be a magic number. I wake up more often than not at that time. I usually drink a bottle of water and go back to bed. Restless sleep has become a real thing for me for the past two years. I would love to go to bed just one night and not wake up until 8:00 a.m. the next day. It would be a life changing experience for me.
