Re: Good Afternoon Sassy

Yes, we do seem to be on shaky terms with most of our old pals. The Virus and the warming up should be the main worry

Re: Sassyass

I think one should say If Sassy. No longer a toyboy.

Re:

Yes, Helen, I have stopped eating more than one banana at a time. Also making a bottle of wine last nearly a week. 11 stone today and still hoping to wear my 32 inch long uns.

Good Afternoon

I think everything is different since the pandemic.  There are very few people that are choosing to work and my cousin just asked me yesterday where are the people?  I'm not sure where they are.  If they remain home I wonder who's paying the bills.  If our supply chain stops there will be no need for money.  There will be nothing to buy.  I do hope you have a good day!

The supply chain shortages are crazy nowadays. Whoever would have thought the First World would turn into Venezuela?...What a funny ending that was.

It seems we share many of the same problems on both sides of

the pond. Shortages of traditional items - or a fear there will be - can lead to a self-fulfilling prophecy.  I love the poem, especially the last line flip. Good work.

The British spirit and stiff upperlip will pull through. They always do

When times are tough and really rough the belts will tighten up. They always do.

That squeeze of the hand is most definitely for reassurance.

And, it doesn't hurt that you are a handsome devil as well.

Good afternoon

It's crazy everywhere you look. The shelves are bare, the gas prices are through the roof, yet nobody wants to work. This is the perfect time for reinventing yourself due to employers being desperate for workers. As for the shortage, they say that we should buy American goods. It makes sense if you live here.
