Sadly, so many victims don't get identified. Maybe they should start taking their dna and running through one of the ancestry companies.

I hope they're able to find out who the victim is. Gives the victim some sort of dignity.

Good Afternoon
A serial killer anywhere is a scary thought but Cleveland makes me stop and think for just a moment. I've always wondered why people have to kill? I think they are evil or mentally ill.
