Sassy, thanks for sharing this post.  These words are indeed outdated.  If I said any of these words to my grandkids they wouldn't know what in the world I was talking about.  That thought makes me smile!

She referred to us youngins' as piss cutters, which makes no sense considering that a piss cutter is a military cap, and she always called watermelon, piss punkins.

It was a pleasure seeing all those expressions again! I actually do use quite a few of them still, mostly translated into French, or with a French accent.
