A good idea to wear a mask. I hope this is not the beginning of new hazards.
A few years ago the farmers here would burn the corn stubble after harvest. It does seem to be a mad idea these days.

Yep, we are experiencing it here too. We were warned early on that we would feel the effects of the fires. That time is here.

It been doing it for the past week. When I look at my neighbors house the picture is not sharp...it has a haze. People are starting to wear masks again to avoid inhaling the dust!
