It might help in the general run of things, but there are always situations in which it is a first and then it depends on the person.

It's one of those things where a journalist is not going to learn until one is in the situation. Even then, there are so many differences. Being a journalist in Vietnam is not like being one in Afghanistan

It is like in nursing, one never knows until an event happens dear Bill. I have seen very competent people freeze others surprisingly step up to what needs to be done.
