Good afternoon

That is great news and those are some good food choices. My brother is a dietician, so I go to him when I am feeling food challenged. Lots of dark green veggies like arugula, collard greens, kale are great as is purple cabbage. I also eat white tuna blended with lemon juice, dill, and parsley. Sourdough bread is great with this tuna blend.

Right there with you! But truth to tell, I go up and down by 5 lbs without much provocation. Good luck with the whole program!

Just had coffee with a friend who's dealing with a broken toe, and

suffering mental pangs because she can't do her regular workout. Thought of you as she told me it was making her crazy, and worse, making her feel fat. She's all of 5'3 and maybe 105 pounds, and cute as a button. So good to hear you are also maintaining the beautiful status quo.
