Yes, we did have quite a wind on that day. We now have two flags flying. It looks very patriotic in our yard.

Kabu, I've been hearing a lot about Noom but I've never really looked into it. High-priced food is definitely something I'm not looking for. The price of food at the grocery store is high enough.

Corbin, I'm glad we got our membership. The store is very impressive. It was so neat and clean and the shelves were totally stocked. The employees were helpful and that is a plus for me.

damp here but it did give the garden some water. I looked into Noom recently as a life style change but honestly the food was ridiculously expensive.

Good afternoon
I love kimchi. I get mine at the Asian market in Pleasant Hills. It goes great with egg rolls, and fermented food is so good for you. On another note, it is sizzling hot here today too. We are headed to wally World to get bird food, gardening supplies, and flag brackets. We had a mini tornado that knocked John's Navy flag right off of its hinges.

I have a COSTCO about 5 miles away on the Beltway around Louisville. Some food items is a little higher, but it a better type meat. I've been a member for 5 yeats now!

I've heard of Costco's but have never been to one. Our big thing in Maryland is Ollie's Bargain Outlet.
