Medicine today, have the vaccine shot, so you have similiar symptons to COVID-19 and have it over with?

it is easy a few questions that are easy and a couple of signatures. The jab is quick. I didn't even feel mine and I had no after affects.Good luck. I will certainly say a prayer for you.

Most people report flu-like symptoms after their 2nd shot, according to the pharmacy where I had my vaccine.

I will say prayers for you. There's only a little bit of paperwork. It's like a questionnaire about your health. You do not need to know your blood type. I know mine but they didn't ask for it. I got Pfizer too and I was fine.

BC-A, I just got my vaccine done an hour . It is a simple form to fill out.
My vaccine was the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. They first took my temperature. The paperwork was simple, they just needed to know if you have had a fever, cough, etc..., your allergies if any, the name of your doctor, and your address. I also was asked for my Blue Cross medical card. The shot was painless. They also asked me to wait ten minutes before leaving to see if there were any side effects. So far, I have none. They ask that you come back in 4 weeks for your 2nd shot.
