Well Sassy I never use one just pull a hood over my head. Afraid of poking someone on our crowded pavements, well was, not many walk the walk at present.

In the 60's when I was an Aussie girl in London in the UK. men working in officers all wore balck suits, a black bowler hat on the head, and carried a black umbrella and a newspaper.
