I just use the double boiler method to melt chocolate or get out my crockpot which works great for melting the chocolate.

I agree, ham is the bomb! I love a good spiral ham that has been glazed with honey, Dijon, cloves, and a smidge of cracked peppercorns.

I would have made the stuffing, but the kids asked for it. I am all about the ham and taters. I will share photos. Chloe is doing great with her guitar.

Sassy, your holidays are always awesome! I hope you share pictures. A nature walk would be wonderful on a sunny day. How is Chloe doing with her guitar? Sassy, I never thought about making stuffing but that sounds really good.

Good morning!
You will have plenty of food for everyone. This year, our middle daughter is making the ham. I am bringing the stuffing, and the others are all bringing a side dish. Of course, we will have Easter baskets for the grandkids along with some new Easter clothes. This is my favorite time of the year. I am hoping for a sunny holiday so that we can all take a walk and explore nature.
