I used to really enjoy hot sauce and very spicy chili, but ever since
I had radiation therapy following surgery, the spicy foods cause serious digestive issues, so I opt for mild these days. Peppers are so healthy, good for inflammation issues, surprisingly...

Don't cook the chili too long with that pepper in it. The longer it cooks, the hotter it will be flavor wise.

I cannot even think of the garden yet. It is under 3 feet of Snow still and the wind makes it freezing cold outside. Have a lovely day. I remember that Movie and it is one of my all time favorites.

I am totally excited about planting a garden. I cannot wait! I am headed out to Walmart in a few minutes. I will have to check out the garden department after I find a cute outfit for Chloe. Her party is tomorrow. I will take a few photos for my FB page that you can see on Monday.
