Check to see what it costs per ounce and if they don't display on tags then use the calculator on your phone to figure out the per ounce cost. Usually the larger the less expensive per ounce but not always.

it seems that you will be having it warmer soon, we are still very much in the deep midWinter with feet of snow everywhere. Like you I only ever use Olive oil.

Sassy, oh my goodness! Just the thought of John's Mom smelling up the entire hallway is almost more than I can take. I think I would consider my neighbors before I did something like that. I'm going to wait till it's warmer before I make my salmon patties so that I can take them outside.

It is supposed to warm up here as well. I cannot wait. I love a fish dinner, but salmon is not something that either of us likes. It is too gamey. Good luck with your odor control. John's mom makes salmon patties and they smell up the entire hallway at her highrise.

Sounds like your Monday will be busy. I was going to suggest using
the crock pot for your salmon patties, but that wouldn't fix the aroma problem. I never did like salmon patties - mom used to fix them quite often, something I'd forgotten.
