It's almost like a catch 22.

Ironic, isn't it? Next thing you know, they'll tell us to wear our masks between bites of food.

It would appear that we can't win for losing. I am waiting for the message on "MY Chart" from my doctor that lets me know that they have the supply of vaccinations available. I also need to get a Shingles shot. I am not looking forward to either, but it is the smart choice at this point. Good luck with your dilemma.

I've avoided making an appointment at one of those mass events.

Not afraid of the crowd, but not willing to stand in line for two or more hours. They're beginning to offer shots through CVS and Walgreen's - and I plan to go there in good time. Meanwhile, I'll keep up the quarantine & mask routine, which I've pretty much adapted to. Stay safe.

Sea Gypsy, I totally agree with you.  They had the same type of event here for older people and they had them standing in long lines.  They were in their wheelchairs and with their walkers.  There has got to be a better plan than that.  I know I will not be participating in anything like that when it becomes my turn.  It's ridiculous.

Yes, when I had my jab. a lady kept getting closer and closer. Fortunately, a lady in front of me pointed a finger at her and the culprit retreated. I think most line up now over here  6ft apart. I hope you can get a better venue.
