I put chipotle peppers in adobe sauce in mine...makes it 6 alarm chili!

Green peppers in chili are the bomb.
It is the perfect weather for a big pot. It is chilly here this morning, but not too bad. My pretty, red-headed woodpecker was out in the yard earlier, stealing peanuts that I had put out. Tonight is pizza night for us, and tomorrow we plan on making gooey grilled cheese and crispy bacon sammies. I had leftover bacon from the pea & pasta salad that I made yesterday that paired with our country fried chicken. Since you reminded me, chili will be on the menu for this week's meal plans.
