I make a black bean dip adding cilantro, onion, tomato and lots of spices. Sprinkle with Mexican cheese and serve with multigrain chips.

Annicita, that is really good news!  I love your salads.  They sound really good.  I've been looking at recipes for protein bowls.  I've never had anything like that but they sound good.  I was reading about black beans and I think they may be really good for all of us.  I was surprised to see they had potassium in them.  I was looking at a can of black beans and they have a lot of fiber too.

Wow! You are doing great.

I have tried many different diets, and the most that I have lost is just a few pounds. 16 pounds is a huge milestone. Congrats to you! I love your salad choices. Avocados and tomatoes are yummy.
