Thank you so much. If she's not open, I will contact the VA staff myself, and wlll anyway to obtain him help.

Contact the Veteran's Association.
If he has any known family members, call them and explain the dilemma. A group home for veterans is another possibility. There are places that help veterans with health issues such as this. With no help, he will become homeless.
