Sea Gypsy, thank you so much for your comment. I'm so sorry to hear how many new cases you have. We may be moving to purple and the Governor kept using the word crisis when he gave his update today. That word scares me. I hope they do open shelters for the homeless. I think if they don't do something the COVID will spread faster among the homeless and then to the general population. That is not a good scenario.

Los Angeles County alone has in ONE DAY today reported 7,854 new cases! It's bad. I am not in that county but close to it. I hope when they open places for shelters that the people who are sick are isolated. It's way too cold there for anyone to be sleeping outside. I hope you are warm and safe.

Some are being very creative and others are being reactive. It sucks for everyone. Small businesses are hurt the most.

Just what you needed on top of all the coronavirus mess: snow.
You asked about what history would write - there's a saying that newspapers are history's rough draft, so you could probably get a pretty good idea from them. As for your magical thinking that you may have brought the snow down upon Cleveland, I feel pretty sure it's actually safe for you to continue the story.
