Re:

Sea Gypsy, thank you so much for your kind words.  I love Christmas!  Christmas dinner is always smaller than Thanksgiving dinner.  We will still have a nice meal but just not as much.  At some point I get tired. I hope you have a good day!

Re:

Annicita, I'm so sorry your decorations are in St. Louis.  I belong to a group on Facebook that's all about Christmas and I love looking at the beautiful ways people decorate their homes. Thank you so much for the comment and I hope you have a good day.

Re:

Kabu, we always put our tree up on my birthday on December 11.  My Mom always waited till my birthday to put up the tree too.  December 1, is my granddaughter Natasha's birthday and she's requested a strawberry bomb cake so in a little while I'll be making her birthday cake.  I always bake the kids a birthday cake on their birthday and they get to pick what kind.  I would love to see your trees.  I love all the different sizes of trees. We picked names for gifts this year and I got my little Tashie so I need to find out what's on her Christmas wish list.  I hope you have a wonderful day!

Re:

FSI, thank you so much for the comment.  We all love macaroni and beef casserole but the best part of all is that we have leftovers and I won't have to cook.

Christmas was always my favorite holiday to decorate for. You enjoy that and your lovely dinner also. You are very good at time management, writing your wonderful stories and cooking nice meals and shopping and decorating. Such gifts.

Enjoy decorating. I can't decorate since mine are in St. Louis still.

Re: Love, peace, and tranquility. I love your positive outlook.

Sassy, I'm so sorry that you sprained your ankle.  That is so painful!  Good Luck with your mammogram.  I'm hoping everything turns out fine.  I know your family had a fun Sunday.  The subs sound delicious.  I loved the pictures.

Love, peace, and tranquility. I love your positive outlook.

I bet that your house is festive with Santa gracing the table. We will be going to Jessica's house for Christmas. The two youngest visited us yesterday. We enjoyed subs, potato salad, and a walk down by the river. The grandkids loved it. Heading home I sprained my ankle. It swelled up like a balloon, so I will be hobbling into the hospital tomorrow for my ultrasound to finish up this "bad mammogram" business. Wish me luck. Stay safe.
