I am not much of a vitamin taker, but I would take vitamin D...in fact I must get myself some.

I also take a daily multi-vitamin with D-3 in it.
I have been taking them due to a health issue. I guess that I have a head start. Thanks for the information.

I don't know vitamin D3. I take antioxidants in simple forms.

It would be a big surprise if the US Govt did anything so proactive as
to send vitamin D-3 out to keep people healthy. I do take vitamin supplements and D-3 is on the label. In England they have a different system - free health care, which may be why they're sending the pills, compared to here where a short hospital stay could bankrupt the average person if they aren't insured.
