From what I learned in my Citizen's Emergency Response Team if there's anyone else then have them call 911 while you try to help the victim.  If not try to call 911 right away and then help the victim as much as possible.  I learned a lot in my classes.  I studied for 10 years.  I can stabilize a person with a broken bone in the woods and stop bleeding if it's necessary. I can put out a fire and we learned what to do if there's an active shooter.  I hope I never have to do any of these things.  I wonder with COVID what the new rules are.

Yes, because then the help is on the way while you check on the victim.

I say call 911 first. That is a part of the helping process, after all.

Sing out for someone else to call for help.  If there is no one, quickly call for help first.

I think so, Bill. If there's time. It all depends of the circumstances. Help if you can and it is safe to do so, I would say.
