Yes. I recently had to get up at 4 in the morning to take my Dad to his knee replacement.

Yes. That is the time that we both get up on weekdays.
I get so much more done throughout the day, but then I drop by 7:00 p.m.

The only times that I am productive at that time of day is when I am travelling and wanting to get an early start Bill. Otherwise I am at my lowest ebb.
