Like I find that it is the small things that give us reason to be thankful.

Like you, I find that it is the small things that give us reason to be thankful. That is a beautiful rose that survived despite the odds. I still have a few flowers fighting to bloom even though our weather says that they should be goners by now.

Problems do seem to keep coming along. Sometimes little things are soothing. I would cut the rose back it might shoot again, I have a once miniature rose that I threw out it was determined to grow and it comes up amongst stinging nettles each year.
