It is a nice way for a story to end, but it isn't always the case.

Not necessarily. In reality, there are times when good wins in the end and other times when it does not.

Sea Gypsy

  In my first directing class, our final class film then, ended witb the robber in the park, going up, into an alien spaceship, that appears suddenly. I already learned good must triumph over evil in the end, backed up by the textbook.

Waiting for it. Yes, in my world, I don’t like to read a story to be made miserable at the end, after using a lot of time reading a story - but then, I do read for pleasure! lol
