Yes. They take our limited parking when they visit nearby businesses.
It is hard to come home to no parking with a truckload of groceries waiting to be unloaded.

It doesn't bother me. It sure bothered my neighbors even though it was our car and in front of our house!

No, they do not annoy me. The only thing that annoys me with parked cars is when a car alarm goes off and keeps on going and going and going.
