Re: Laura's wrath
It's such a scary time for everyone in Laura's path. The clean-up is going to take quite some time. I can't even imagine how the next few weeks are going to go.

Re: prayers
Kabu, thank you so much for the prayers. We can really use them right now. 2020 has really been a hard year for all of us and it's not over yet. I'm afraid to think about what next year may be like.

Our poor Southern neighbor...What a horrible year it is for you all and where do you evacuate people to that is safe with a Pandemic going on!! Fires, floods, wind, drought, everything going on, and a bitter election thrown in for good measure. Yes I am praying for us all, but especially for the USA.

Re: As if this world isn't chaotic enough, now this.
Sassy, I totally agree with you! I read Sea_Gypsy's post on her blog and the destruction of the Redwood Park is so heart breaking for everyone. Then with this hurricane and all the destruction we seem to be taking one hit after another! Then there's all the turmoil with protests and rioting not to even mention COVID! We really can use lots of prayers at this time.

Re: Hurricanes
Corbin, I'm so thankful we don't have hurricanes here. I'm so afraid of water to start with so I can't even imagine being in the storms path.

I was watching the news too. This is devastating. Then Sea_Gypsy posted a blog concerning the Redwood Park and how it has been demolished. We need many prayers and a serious turn of events from hatred, violence, and the many protests to love, caring, and helping those in need. We are in a sad state of affairs.
