Re:

We've had so many things shut down.  It feels like things will never get back to normal.

These  are incredibly stressful times. I'll be so glad when normal returns. Our car washes were shut down for seven weeks, and that was so miserable.

Re: Goldiec

I think you are so right.  There is frustration and the loss of control has unnerved us in our everyday life.

Goldiec

Thank you for reading and commenting.

It seems perhaps because the "rules" of what to do or not do during this pandemic keep changing, we don't feel that we know with certainty what is what, and we are left with a sense of fear and/or frustration from a of loss of control which we have never experienced before. And that's putting it mildly.

Re: Thank you

Kabu, thank you so much for your comment.  I'm sorry the pandemic has left you pretty isolated but you are a very fortunate person.  Anyone with a good imagination will never be lonely.  Mr. Graysome sounds awesome.  We have a large garden too.  We've been picking vegetables, cleaning them, and preparing them to freeze.  I'm exhausted from the whole process.  It will be worth it in the middle of the winter though.

Re: Thanks

C_C_T, thank you so much for the comment.  I love reading and if I can learn something new I'm always happy about that.  There are so many different people on here and I look forward to reading their blogs.

The Pandemic has left me, an oldie, pretty isolated but my imagination keeps me going. and I have my famous cat Mr. Graysome. Musn't forget the fairy folk either. They and my gardens keep me busy.

Hello, I did notice your comments on other blogs. I have found  it hard to keep up with blogit. The sad thing is most newcomers fail to engage in other blogs. Good tips answer as many as you can. Don't let the print become too small. Enjoy, there are some nice folk on here. I know, the virus is a real pain, stay safe.

Re: Vaccine

Amanda, thank you so much for the comment. I'm also praying for the end of the pandemic.  I look forward to going back to the way we all used to live before this nightmare.

Re: That is the worst part, the daily changes with rules. I can't keep up.

Thank you so much for the comment.  It really is heartbreaking to watch the children go through this.  All of our kids want to go to school and be with their friends.  They've told me that being in school is a better learning experience than at home sitting in front of a computer.  There's nothing I can say because I agree with them. I'm a firm believer in the children having friends and ours are sure missing their friends.

That is the worst part, the daily changes with rules. I can't keep up.

Like you, we are experiencing high numbers of COVID cases daily. Of course, we don't live but 3 hours from you, so that might be one reason. This has been the scariest time in our life, but watching kids go through this is really heart6breaking because they should be enjoying school, socializing, and partaking in after school activities. It is really sad and horrifying.
