Absolutely...I used to love the old "live" comedy shows.  Red Skelton was my favorite!

Absolutely! Comedy is just that - something which may allow us to laugh. It's not a history thesis. The way the actors played their lines is precisely the touch that made this movie all the great things that it is; a timeless classic. Thank you. Great post.
