I have used bouquet garni a lot. My mom did also, to a degree. With school, a lot depends on where you live. My grandsons want to go back to school. I would be more comfortable with the kids not in school at this time here if I had small kids. But we will see.

Customers packed in Walmart are a danger.
I see worries over putting people together in schools, restaurants, etc..., but good old Wally World doesn't seem to care about elbow to elbow people with mile-high buggies. Children do need to get back to school, that is for sure. I have heard about outdoor schooling, but in cooler areas that is not going to work. Opening up the auditorium and spacing kids out might be an idea, but the masks have to be kept on. Nobody likes wearing them, but it is necessary.
