Dad leases Location A to the Oil Company. The Oil Company subleases it to Bob. Dad gets his rent no matter the performance there.

Got to be on the Ball. Especially with electric cars moving in. I expect it will be a while though. I don't know what your price per gallon but I guess its miles cheaper than over here.

Why is Bob still at the helm if that is the case.
Surely there is a more suitable manager with an eye for making a business more profitable. Of course, if he is a friend, that is entirely another thing.
