I am too far from town to get deliveries bill dear but my Trish brought me my supplies. I would message her a list, she would message me the cost and I would leave the money in in the back and she would leave the groceries and take the money. We would wave through the window to each other.

Yes Bill, for a while one had to have two suppliers because it was such a job to get a slot for delivery. Now it is becoming easier, I think the firms might realize that this might continue for lots of older folk.

No, I have not. I'm still a brick and mortar kind of guy.

Amazon Louisville is in the process of delivering Groceries (and other purchases)  to your home by Drones.  You keep a 3 ft. plastic circle with a big "A" on it.  When you have an order coming you lay the circle down in your yard and the drone lands, drops the order and takes off and heads on back to the Amazon Complex!

Half of the stuff you wrote about is beyond me....like futuristic, but I know the world is crazy out there.  The only groceries I've ordered online was a bunch of seed, grain and flour stuff from Bob's Red Mill.  I like their products.  Most of my needs/desires are shopped for me and delivered by Son P.D. and Phil and then they stay for a visit and do things like take out the trash to the dumpster place.  Good fellows.
