Your journal entry reminds me just how rough April was. It was more bad news after more bad news.
I have had a few temperature checks, mainly the Red Cross for platelet donation and also volunteering. With the asymptomatic nature of COVID-19, it does not feel like a big help.

Our ignorant Governor is now inforcing a $100 fine on anyone outside without a mask.

Reminds me, I need to check on my New York nephew to see if he is still working from home or gone back to office. I would think he'd be tired of being closed up in an apartment, even if it did have a good view.

May was not a good month for anyone.
The temp checks were everywhere. Hospitals encouraged people to stay home, and we were still trying to figure out the cause of the COVID. My job required me to cross state lines, and since real estate is considered essential, I had no real issues. I at least could take my mask off in the car.
