I have never in my whole life ever considered buying a car wash. Actually, I don't think I've ever seen one for sale.

Now that you mention it, I have never really seen one for sale.
My guess is that they are a good business to own and operate. People love their cars and most want to care for them. Car washes make that possible, so they are definitely needed.
